Booking and Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, full payment for your sail, F&B, and other additions must be cleared prior to sail time. 

Cancellations: For any cancellations, guests must inform our team at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Any cancellations after this period will incur a 25% cancellation charge.

Guest Capacity: Mi Amor can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests. No additional guests will be allowed on board as this compromises the safety of all passengers and crew. We reserve the right to refused a sail if this term isn’t abided by and no refund will be granted in this instance.

Catering & Beverages: Catering must be arranged in advance. All menus are subject to availability and can be customised based on dietary restrictions. All hard liquor must be purchased directly from Mi Amor, unless agreed upon with the team during booking. 

Safety: We provide life vests and safety equipment for all passengers. A safety briefing is given before the departure.All our crew is trained on basic life-saving techniques. 

Conduct: Passengers are expected to adhere to the onboard rules and respect the comfort and safety of fellow guests. The captain of the boat reserves the right to refuse a sail in case of non-compliance to our rules.

Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their actions, including property damage or injury. Mi Amor is not liable for lost personal items or any injuries sustained during the sail.

Weather Conditions: In the event of severe weather, Mi Amor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip for safety reasons. Guests will be notified in advance.
